This 5-day journey combines high passes, traditional villages, and the iconic Toubkal region. Guided by local experts from Talamrout Summit, this route offers a unique, less-crowded experience compared to standard commercial itineraries. Perfect for hikers who want culture, challenge, and unforgettable scenery. Short Itinerary Day 1 – Imlil → Tacheddirt (via Tamatert Pass) Easy start through villages and walnut forests. Overnight in Tacheddirt. Day 2 – Tacheddirt → Azib Likemt Cross the beautiful pass of Tizi n’Likemt with panoramic views. Day 3 – Azib Likemt → Amsouzart Long descent through wild valleys and shepherd settlements. Day 4 – Amsouzart → Ifni Lake Hike to the famous emerald lake at the foot of Toubkal. Day 5 – Ifni Lake → Toubkal Refuge → Imlil Climb Tizi n’Ouanoums (3,650 m), descend to the refuge, then back to Imlil.
